WASHINGTON – The HIT Standards and Policy Committees have scheduled meetings, with meaningful use still on the radar.

The HIT Standards Committee will meet Tuesday, Sept. 15, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. EDT. The agenda includes an update to the meaningful use quality measure grid. A discussion of privacy and security and standards implementation will follow. Lee Jones, program manager of the Health Information Technology and Standards Panel will identify implementation specifications and discuss the maturity taxonomy process and issues regarding adoption of standards and incentives….
